FAQ's

Currently, The Watershed Initiative is not taking bookings online. You can call, email or send through a contact form to chat more about booking in your Healing / Reading /Workshop/program.

Payment plans are available, simply chat to us about putting one together that suits your budget - please note payment plan terms below.

APPOINTMENTS:

• Payment is required to secure your session
• If you wish to cancel an appointment, I require 48 hours notice - and a full refund will be offered to you. If you cancel an appointment within the 48 hours prior to your appointment, you are doing so with the full knowledge that there will be no refund available
• If you wish to reschedule an appointment, I require 48 hours notice. While I try to remain as flexible as possible with appointments and rescheduling, please keep in mind that I will not reschedule your appointment more than twice. Please note that there will be no refund for cancelling an already rescheduled appointment
• If due to sickness you can't attend on the day, unfortunately there will be no refund
• If you are a no show to your appointment, or if you forget, please note that you forfeit monies paid and no alternative will be offered

EVOLVING CONSCIOUSNESS - A MEDITATIVE PRACTICE PROGRAMS

• Payment is required to secure your spot within the Evolving Consciousness - A Meditative Practice program (for all levels)
• If entering into a payment plan, please note that the deposit is non-refundable
• Please note that if you wish to cancel your place within an EC program, you will need to check the event write up on FB to note which date you'll need to cancel by in order to be refunded in full - if cancelling after that date then unfortunately you forfeit monies paid
• If you pull out of the program once the program has commenced - then you forfeit all monies paid up until that point. No refunds will be offered on any payments made, including the deposit
• If due to sickness you can't attend one of the program dates, then you are welcome to book a 1:1 session to go over what you missed, at a discounted rate of $90 (usually $120)

THE GENOVA FREQUENCIES (PRACTITIONER TRAINING):

• Payment is required to secure your spot within the Genova Frequencies practitioner training
• If entering into a payment plan, please note that the deposit is non-refundable
• Please note that each payment option for The Genova Frequencies practitioner training has its own specific cancellation policy and you will be required to sign your understanding of the cancellation plan upon booking
• If you pull out of the program once the program has commenced - then you forfeit all monies paid up until that point. No refunds will be offered on any payments made, including the deposit

WORKSHOPS:

• Payment is required to secure your spot within a workshop
• If you pull out of the workshop 7+ days prior to the workshop, you will be refunded in full
• If you pull out of the workshop within 7 days before the workshop, you will forfeit payment made UNLESS I can find someone to fill your spot, which will mean a full refund for you (no guarantee)
• If due to sickness you can't attend on the day, there will be no refund - but I will offer to put you into the next available workshop - please note that this will only be offered once
• If you are a no show to your workshop, or if you forget, please note that you forfeit monies paid and no alternative will be offered
• Please see individual Workshop event details for amendments to these policies

ONLINE PROGRAMS:

• If the program has commenced, and you are unable to participate please contact me right away so that we can have an open chat about a suitable compromise
• If you wish to withdraw from an online program, I require 7+ days' notice in order to offer a full refund
• Should you pull out of the program within 7 days before it commences, you will forfeit any monies paid
• Please note that should you miss a payment plan payment without notifying me and be uncontactable, then you will forfeit any monies already paid and be removed from the program

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE MADE BY THE WATERSHED INITIATIVE:

• If a workshop date needs to be rescheduled, you will be offered a full refund should you be unable to attend the new date
• If a Healing/Reading/Mentor/Art Therapy Session needs to be rescheduled, you will be offered a full refund should we be unable to compromise on a new date

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS: 

• Please ensure payment is made on the agreed upon date
• If you are unable to make a payment, please let me know so we can arrange alternative options
• Please note that should you miss a payment without notifying me and be uncontactable, then you will forfeit any monies already paid and be removed from the program
• Please note that if you are on a payment plan and decide to pull out of a program/course after commencement - no refund will be offered on payments already made
